Season 2
Hayden learns about regenerative farming at a cherry farm and a cattle property, with alpacas and a famous winery visit thrown in, and ends the day with a picture-perfect campfire meal.
Hayden dives at sunrise for sea urchins, then he's off to a local farmers' market to buy mushrooms, grab some famous donuts, and cook for his friends on their goat farm.
Hayden wakes up in the Blue Mountains after camping overnight. He heads to the Hawkesbury region to pick up great produce before jumping on a houseboat for a stunning river cruise.
Hayden goes on an epic road trip to pick up tomatoes, traditional smallgoods and buffalo cheese to cook up into a delicious dish at sunset.

Season 1
After a morning auction at the Sydney Fish Markets, Hayden cooks breakfast for the returning fishermen, then his family and friends back at Manly.
Hayden attends the Darwin International Laksa Festival, where he catches and cooks a barramundi and makes laksa with tips from local experts!
Hayden enjoys riding through the Hunter Valley and touring some local vineyards, then cooks with one of the best views in Australia as the backdrop.
Hayden goes abalone diving, surfs the breaks at Margaret River, walks the epic cape-to-cape trail, and then creates the ultimate 'surf and turf' cook-up at a local winery.
Hayden visits the most southern part of Western Australia, where he catches maron and cooks at the tranquil Greens Pool.
Hayden travels to Bruny Island, off the coast of Tasmania, to enjoy the surf before being introduced to beach foraging. He makes some amazing new friends and cooks for them with local produce.
Hayden starts at a bakery in Hobart before heading north to learn about and help out on one of Australia’s best sheep farms.
Hayden goes pearl farming on the NSW Central Coast, followed by a tour of some local produce. Then he bakes a pecan pie with fresh pecans on a local farm!
Hayden heads north to visit a free-range chicken farmer and cooks up a favourite chicken dish. Then we meet some friends and Hayden shows us his take on the beer-can chicken.
Hayden cooks up breakfast for the lifeguards after a surf, then heads off to the markets with his mate Daiki. They pick up some local Northern Beaches honey before cooking on the Manly Harbour.
Season 5
Hayden heads to Canberra. Lots of great autumnal colours and activities with mountain bike riding on Mount Stromlo, a trip to the National Arboretum, and an epic cook with Chef Mark Glenn.
Hayden heads to the Central Queensland Highlands this week for an Aussie adventure: waking up at Carnarvon Gorge, checking out a cattle property, and sampling tasty hand-made Emerald goodies.
Hayden pushes further north this week as he heads to Bundaberg! Hayden also visits the Mon Repos Turtle Centre for a chance to see baby loggerhead turtles hatching!
Hayden heads to the Sunshine Coast and kicks things off in the hinterland at Maleny Dairies, then drops in on Australia's organic farmer of the year. Then to an epic sunset beach cook!
