Season 1
Returning to the magnificent Hillsborough, Raymond is keen to see more of the remarkable gardens. He meets Head Gardener Claire and helps her with some harvesting whilst learning about the garden's extensive restoration.
Returning to Dumfries House and with much more to see in the grounds of the House, Raymond visits the Education Garden to see what Julie and her class are up to.
Raymond is at the Castle of Mey. A revisit to the north walled gardens teaches him about the lengths it takes to grow it's produces. Raymond also makes a comforting and quick ratatouille.
Back at Hampton Court Palace, Raymond meets one of the oldest residence, the Great Vine. Ichiho talks to Raymond about the herbs they grow before making a grilled asparagus and chervil butter.
Raymond finds himself in his favourite space, the walled gardens where he chats to Mel about the organic principles of the estate. He cooks rosemary chicken with butternut squash and chilli.
Raymond visits Hillsborough Castle and Gardens where he spends time soaking up the tranquillity of the gardens. He then makes a delicious dish of soft fruits and a sabayon.
A trip to the Ayrshire countryside sees Raymond visit the splendid Dumfries House. The huge range of vegetables grown plants a seed of inspiration. He makes a zesty scallop, salmon and veggie ceviche.
Raymond journeys to the North tip of Scotland to the majestic Castle of Mey. He meets some of the castle's iconic residence and cooks an angus fillet steak with vegetables grown from the gardens.
Raymond's journey takes him to the impressive Hampton Court Palace. He discovers its fascinating history and long heritage, then males a beautiful dessert sure to impress.
