Fixer Upper

Fixer Upper is a TV show on GEM. Fixer Upper is an American real estate reality series written for television and presented by Chip and Joanna Gaines, a Waco, Texas, couple who prior to the show had bought and remodelled houses for more than one hundred clients. In the series they seek three houses that are in need of varying levels of repair in the area for a couple. Joanna will usually take on the design of the home, while Chip has the role of lead contractor for the projects. The success of Fixer Upper had led to the creation of a spin-off show called Fixer Upper: Behind the Design. In this spin-off Joanna Gaines shows viewers how the designs from the original show come to be. The popular program has been available since 2024. A total of 4 episodes have been broadcast, most recently in March 2024.
