Family Feud
Family Feud is? an American game show written for television in which two teams of five, each comprised exclusively of members of one and the same family, compete to win cash and prizes. It starts with a series of questions to which the right answers can win the contestants points, followed by a Fast Money round in which the winning family can win an additional cash bonus. The show premiered on the American Broadcasting Company network in 1976 and was named the third-best greatest game show of all times by TV Guide in 2013. Family Feud has been the recipient of numerous prestigious awards and the inspiration for an extensive collection of merchandise. Amongst other awards the show has won several Daytime Emmy Awards, while it has also been turned into videogame versions for several formats, including PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo.
