Bonacini's Italy is a TV show on Seven. Bonacini's Italy is a cooking show presented by celebrity Welsh-Canadian chef Michael Bonacini. He is the co-founder of one of Canada’s leading fine dining restaurant companies, Oliver & Bonacini Restaurants, and explores the heritage and history of the rich Italian cuisine in this program. Cooking, he takes viewers on a trip through 15 Italian regions, exploring the flavours and ingredients that make each of these areas unique. Each episode of the show is set in a contemporary kitchen and takes the viewers through an entire meal from one region, from antipasto, soup, or salad, to delicious primo, succulent secondo, and even sometimes a decadent dolce. At the same time, Bonacini entertains his viewers with stories of his travels in Italy and tells us interesting facts about each region he focuses on. The program has been available since 2022. A total of 18 episodes have been broadcast, most recently in April 2022.
